Placements24 seeks an innovative Tourism Experience Developer near Paarl, Western Cape, to craft unique wine-region experiences. You will identify opportunities, collaborate with local wineries, guesthouses, restaurants, and activity providers, and develop integrated tours for international and domestic visitors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tourism or hospitality, deep knowledge of the Western Cape wine region, and strong project management and communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism development, product management, or a related field within hospitality or leisure.
• Demonstrated success in creating and launching innovative tourism experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of the Western Cape wine region's attractions, culture, and hospitality landscape.
