Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Familiarity with beverage alcohol regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, WMS) and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels of wine and spirits with regular stocktakes and system updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation logistics with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and shipping lines.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations pertaining to transport and sale of alcoholic beverages.
• Manage warehousing operations, optimizing storage conditions to maintain product quality.
• Process orders and prepare shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor delivery schedules and address delays or issues.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular performance analysis of logistics operations and report findings to management.
