You will conduct market research, collaborate with hotels, operators, and activity providers, and design itineraries with pricing and sustainability in mind to drive visitor engagement and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tourism product development, experience design, or a related field within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of the Western Cape's tourism landscape and offerings.
• Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative tourism experiences and packages tailored to various market segments.
