Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen and front of house.
• Clearing tables of glasses and dishes.
• Taking platters from the kitchen to be served.
• Assist the wine lounge cook with plating, polishing glasses and washing dishes.
• Collect water bottles and keep fridges stocked.
• Set up outside tables in the mornings.
• Ensure displays are fresh, clean and eye catching.
• Provide guests with the best possible experience and stay.
• Be knowledgeable about the estate's products and experiences.
