HotelJobs is seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations at a wine estate in Paarl, Western Cape. You will guide a kitchen brigade, ensure consistent high-quality tasting menus, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has senior chef experience in quality hospitality, strong leadership, menu planning, cost control, and a flexible approach to weekend and holiday service. A culinary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Manage stock, food costs and waste reduction.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for guest service.
