Job summary

SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is seeking a dedicated WIL Learning and Teaching Coordinator for the Faculty of Applied Psychology to support and enhance the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Department. The role focuses on administrative coordination, contracting, and acting as a liaison with faculty and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in HRM or Business Administration, at least 3 years of academic administration experience,

Qualifications

• A minimum of an undergraduate diploma/degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of academic administration/coordination experience, preferably within Higher Education in South Africa
• Technologically savvy
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Highly developed relationship-building/ interpersonal skills
• Strong digital literacy skills
• A passion for higher education and blended learning
• Excellent time management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support WIL supervisors, including communication, engagement, and wellness.
• Monitor WIL supervisor performance and oversee supervision quality processes.
• Manage WIL supervision timetables and term-by-term scheduling.
• Act as liaison between WIL supervisors, faculty, and internal stakeholders on academic and administrative matters.
• Manage supervisor contracts, MOUs, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Oversee WIL administrative tasks and ensure effective programme coordination
