SACAP on the Johannesburg Campus seeks a Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator to support student success through meaningful experiential learning opportunities. You will facilitate WIL activities, supervise placements, and monitor progress within the Faculty of Applied Psychology.

The role requires a psychology qualification with HPCSA registration and experience in higher education. You will build industry links, ensure QA compliance, and support student employability across campus.

Formación

• Bachelor of Psychology or BPsych Equivalent; HPCSA registration for at least 3 years.
• Minimum 2 years in WIL, student support, academic coordination or related higher education role.
• Experience in programme coordination and industry liaison; knowledge of QA requirements.
• Strong digital literacy; experience with LMS and student information systems; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate student placements and supervise WIL activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide academic and professional guidance.
• Foster relationships with industry partners and placement sites.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, professional, and quality assurance requirements.
