Job summary

Ilaunch invites applications for a Senior Integration Specialist to analyse, design, configure and implement Workforce Management data‑driven integration designs for clients in Gauteng. You will work with customers and third‑party vendors, define business processes, conduct training and deliver after‑sales support.

Applicants should have matric, an IT related tertiary qualification, 5+ years in integration and networking, and certifications in Dell Boomi, AWS or Azure, plus Microsoft

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer requirements and design end-to-end WFM integration solutions
• Understand the WFM blueprint and configure the system and its integration
• Work with customers third party vendors (eg HR, payroll etc)
• Define and guide customers on business process and policies
• Conduct Training
• Provide After Sales Support to customers

Key Requirements:

• Matric Grade12
• IT related Tertiary Qualification
• Certifications preferred: Dell Boomi, Cloud (AWS or Azure), and other Microsoft (OS, Database) Certifications
• Minimum 5 Years experience in a similar role with system integration and networking experience
• Experience preferred: Dell Boomi (UKG, HRIS, 3rd party system integrations)
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications
• Experience in preparing technical and functional design documentation
