Qualifications

• Essential: Basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge
• Essential: Basic knowledge of retail store operations principles (stock management, merchandising, risk management)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactive assistance to customer needs
• Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional and supplement products
• Drive healthcare sales in line with targets through promotion of brands via cross-selling and upselling
• Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management principles and procedures
• Prevent wastage and losses by adhering to stock rotation and risk management policies
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and store cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment
• Assist in product merchandising following guidelines and procedures
• Adhere to all store standard operating procedures
• Share product knowledge with relief staff to ensure continuity of service
