Qualifications

• Formal Matric qualification is essential.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience in wellness, retail or related sectors.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Digital acumen with practical Microsoft Suite experience.
• Proven track record in delivering premium service.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Active ambassador for holistic wellness.
• Professional appearance aligned with Virgin Active brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Turn conversations into memberships using structured, value-led selling.
• Apply the full sales process to maximise conversion.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and local activations.
• Follow up promptly via calls, WhatsApp, or email to move prospects through the journey.
• Deliver a high-energy, premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
