Job summary

Virgin Active South Africa is seeking a proactive sales professional to turn conversations into memberships. You will guide prospects through needs analysis, tours, and price presentation to close deals, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and meeting monthly targets.

You will engage through multiple channels, nurture leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and collaborate with Managers and Experience teams to deliver premium service and drive member growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in turning conversations into memberships and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills in customer-facing roles.
• Comfort with CRM/LMS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Turn conversations into memberships through confident, structured selling techniques.
• Apply the full sales process to maximise conversion from needs analysis to close.
• Recommend best options based on prospects' goals and lifestyle.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (units and revenue).
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and generate leads via walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.
• Capture leads accurately in the LMS and manage daily activity flows.
