Wellness Warehouse in Pretoria is seeking a Sales Assistant to greet customers, identify needs, and provide expert assistance across merchandise and promotions.

You will help achieve sales targets, follow opening/closing procedures, and ensure stock accuracy while handling POS transactions and discounts. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Fully computer literate.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance.
• Identify customer needs to provide optimal experience.
• Takes responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries.
• Meet customers needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available.
