Job summary

Wellness Warehouse is seeking a Sales Assistant at Kempton Park to warmly greet customers, identify needs and drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will assist at the point of sale, handle cash, support stock checks and participate in in-house training programs to develop skills and product knowledge. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Applicable Wellness Academy Foundation Training & Specialization Training.
• Fully computer literate.
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Provident fund and risk benefit available for permanent staff.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance.
• Identify customer needs to provide optimal experience.
• Take responsibility for serving the customer and solving queries.
• Meet customer needs by advising on options/services/products available.
