Job summary

Lyra Health Southern Africa is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing Services clients. Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one other African language.
• 3+ years of customer relationship management experience.
• 3+ years of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) experience.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Desirable: relevant tertiary qualification.
• Desirable: project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Employee Assistance Programmes and Wellbeing Services clients.
• Ensure client retention and excellent customer experience; maintain SLA adherence.
• Identify and mitigate client risks; convert risk into opportunities where possible.
• Grow the portfolio with commercial opportunities across units and services.
• Administer client information, invoicing coordination and debtors tracking; manage budgets.
