Placements24 is seeking a Well Completions Engineer in Nelspruit to design, plan and execute completion strategies that maximize production while ensuring well integrity and safety. You will work with drilling and production teams to select equipment and techniques for diverse wells.

In this role you will develop detailed completion programs, provide on‑site technical support, analyze post‑completion data and contribute to optimization initiatives across Mpumalanga's Oil & Gas operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in well completions engineering.
• Strong understanding of completion equipment, downhole tools, and artificial lift systems.
• Proficiency in wellbore design, formation evaluation, and production optimization principles.
• Experience with completion software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
