You will be involved in the design, planning, and implementation of advanced water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipeline networks, and pumping stations. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual and detailed designs for water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and distribution/collection systems.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis for water and wastewater networks.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and contract administration for projects.
• Oversee the construction and commissioning of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations, health standards, and water quality legislation.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists, project managers, and municipal authorities.

Requirements

• BEng or BTech in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus on water/wastewater.
• ECSA registration (Professional Engineer or Technologist).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the water and wastewater engineering sector.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, InfoWorks WS) and process design.
• Strong understanding of water chemistry, biological treatment processes, and disinfection technologies.
