Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in water and sanitation projects.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, WaterCAD and SewerCAD.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics and water treatment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop potable water supply systems including treatment plants, pipelines and networks.
  • Plan wastewater collection systems, treatment plants and effluent disposal.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and cost estimations.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Oversee construction and commissioning of water and sanitation infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
