Qualifications

• 3 years project management experience
• Knowledge of SOPs and related procedures
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
• Understanding of company operations and systems
• PMI certification preferred (CAPM or PMP)
• Diploma/Degree in logistics or business management beneficial
• Knowledge of health and safety policies
• Ability to gather business requirements and document tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within the warehousing environment
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver projects
• Drive tangible business outcomes using structured PM approaches
• Draw up and maintain project plans
• Plan and schedule project tasks
• Apply PM methodologies to project work
• Assign roles and responsibilities for tasks
• Report project status and progress to stakeholders
• Maintain SOPs and update the SOP register
• Draft new SOPs for customers and ensure compliance
• Ensure on-time completion and achievement of project outcomes
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Escalate issues as needed
