Network Finance is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation initiatives. You will plan, schedule, allocate resources and track milestones while coordinating diverse teams of technical, support and business stakeholders to ensure successful go-live readiness.

You will manage risks, issues and changes, communicate updates to stakeholders, and drive project closure with smooth transitions to support teams.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management.
• 3–5+ years' experience managing software, IT, systems integration or technology implementation projects within manufacturing, logistics, mining or warehousing.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software implementation lifecycles.
• Experience managing project documentation, scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, support and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure successful project closure, sign-off and transition to support teams.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Project Management.
• 3-5+ years' experience managing software, IT, systems integration or technology implementation projects within a manufacturing, logistics, mining or warehousing environment.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and software implementation lifecycles.
• Experience managing project documentation, scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.

Advantageous:

• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar certification.
• Experience within software services, ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management or technology consulting environments.
