Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Logistics Management with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, international shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop, implement, and refine logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with transportation carriers, 3PL providers, and other logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
