Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Polokwane, South Africa. The role focuses on inbound/outbound movement, stock control, and production interface management within a busy distribution center.

You will lead a small team, ensure accurate picking, staging and loading, while maintaining model stock levels and safe operation of equipment. A certificate in logistics plus 3–5 years’ experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a warehouse or distribution center role with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proven track record coordinating daily warehouse activities and teams.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving and order fulfilment.

Responsabilités

• Inbound and Outbound Movement: coordinate picking, staging and loading for outbound, and counting/receiving for inbound.
• Model Stock adherence: maintain stock levels and reduce out-of-stock events.
• Production Interface Management: ensure smooth transfer between Warehouse and Manufacturing.
• Stock Management: perform daily counts and verify forward/reverse counts.
• Product Quality Management: enforce stock rotation and FIFO, record breakages for corrective action.
• Operational Excellence: ensure safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks with pre-trip inspections.
