Job summary

Resources Partners Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader in Germiston to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse team, ensure efficient stock control and dispatch, and maintain high customer service levels.

Applicants should possess Grade 12, have 2–3 years' supervisory experience, and knowledge of warehouse operations. Strong leadership abilities and a valid driver’s license are essential. The position includes a salary of R22,500 – R28,800 CTC alongside added benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate picking, packing, stock control, and inventory management.
• Coordinate deliveries and meet customer requirements timeously.
• Manage delivery documentation and dispatch records.
