Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ logistics and dispatch management experience within manufacturing, steel, industrial, or heavy engineering environments.
• Strong fleet, warehouse, and stock control experience.
• Experience with local and export logistics.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations for local and export orders.
• Coordinate company fleet, hired transport, and logistics scheduling.
• Oversee stock control, stock movement, stock transfers, and stock takes.
• Ensure accurate dispatch documentation, delivery notes, and load tracking.
• Manage transport for contracts and project deliveries.
• Oversee pipe/product transfers between sites.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, road legislation, and operational procedures.
