Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of warehouse operatives.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Monitor inventory and participate in stocktaking activities.
• Enforce health and safety procedures in the warehouse.
• Train and mentor new team members on processes and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist in managing goods flow in and out of the warehouse.
• Report on team performance and operational issues to Supervisor.
