Job summary

Fusion Personnel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading staff, and ensuring accurate receiving, dispatching and stock storage.

The ideal candidate will have matric (Grade 12), a minimum of 35 years in a warehouse supervisory role, and strong knowledge of stock control, dispatch procedures and warehouse safety.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum 35 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch procedures.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities
• Ensure accurate receiving, dispatching and storage of stock
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control procedures
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and dispatch schedules
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock investigations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
