Placements24 seeks a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for its team in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will supervise warehouse staff across shifts, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while maintaining safety and productivity.

You will lead a team, monitor performance, and coordinate with other supervisors to uphold smooth operations in a fast-paced distribution centre.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as required for operational needs in Tembisa .
