Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role or similar logistics leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and supply chain principles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accuracy of records.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel, fostering a productive team environment.
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) for effective operations.
