The role leads a distribution team, implements warehousing best practices, and drives cost efficiencies in logistics. A strong background in WMS systems and supply chain optimization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations management.
• Proven experience in inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of logistics management systems and WMS software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily activities within the distribution center, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Ensure the efficient and timely processing of customer orders.
