Job summary

SAB Prospecton Depot in KwaZulu-Natal is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage shift execution of T1 & T2 load plans. You will lead inventory counts, ensure layout compliance, and drive quality and safety standards while improving productivity and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 3-year diploma/degree is required.
• 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience.
• SAP proficiency is required.
• MS Office proficiency needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead morning inventory counts and track variance causes.
• Ensure warehouse layout adherence across zones (empties, refusel, picking, repack, finished goods).
• Maintain 5S, safety, cleanliness and pest control to meet standards.
• Monitor picking accuracy and productivity with standard processes.
• Improve productivity and capacity through KPI tracking and labour planning.
