Job summary

You will own day-to-day operations, oversee warehouse performance, stock control, budgeting and reporting, maintain client relations and SLAs, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Based in Gauteng, you should be prepared to commute daily to Modderfontein/Longmeadow area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent management‑level role.
• Strong warehousing and inventory management experience.
• Experience managing operational teams and multiple functions.
• Sound budgeting, cost‑control and financial acumen.
• Experience managing clients, suppliers and SLAs.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and reporting skills.
• Matric; relevant Business/Operations Management qualification preferred.
• SYSPRO and/or Pastel experience advantageous.
• Industrial or chemical-sector experience advantageous, but not essential.
• Valid driver's licence.
