Job summary

BevCo in Komani, Eastern Cape, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, optimise throughput and ensure safe, compliant handling of goods across receipt, storage and dispatch. You will work with Planning, Manufacturing and Distribution to meet service levels while driving cost efficiencies and inventory accuracy.

The role demands strong leadership, hands‑on oversight of ERP/WMS systems, and a track record of continuous improvement in a busy FMCG warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification and Leadership/CI certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 8–10 years in warehouse or distribution ops in FMCG/logistics.
• Experience leading large operational teams within a unionised environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations ensuring safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of products.
• Coordinate daily activities to optimise throughput and meet service levels.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and manage labour planning and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardise processes and promote safety, quality and compliance.
