Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven ability to manage inventory control and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure accuracy.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
