Job summary

AB InBev Africa in the Eastern Cape seeks a warehouse supervisor to manage shift and execute T1 and T2 load plans, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate inventory in SAP. You will lead inventory counts, implement 5S, and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards across picking, packing and loading activities.

Qualifications

3-Year relevant diploma/degree or higher in logistics or related field.
Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

Lead morning inventory counts and identify variances with root-cause analysis.
Maintain and improve layout adherence for all warehouse zones.
Track and trend inventory accuracy and ensure SAP movement reflects physical stock.
Ensure adherence to 5S, cleanliness, pest control, and cross-contamination prevention.
Monitor picking, packing and loading processes to ensure safety and productivity.
Develop SOPs, KPIs and continuous improvement actions for the warehouse team.
