Placements24 in Sandton is seeking a seasoned Senior Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a large facility. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control best practices.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve performance targets.
Implement and enforce health and safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Monitor inventory accuracy and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and losses.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration with overall supply chain objectives.
