Responsibilities

• Liaise with procurement, sales, transport to ensure operational alignment.
• Prepare operational reports and inventory status updates.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing improvements and best practices.

Our client, a leading national distributor of consumer goods, is seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support their busy distribution center in Benoni, Gauteng . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the warehouse, coordinating daily activities, and supporting the warehouse management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Must be physically capable of performing warehouse duties as needed.
• Residency or willingness to commute to Benoni, Gauteng is required.
