Job summary

Dynamic Outsourced Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Retail/Wholesale distribution centre in Gauteng, South Africa. You will lead warehouse operations, drive process improvements, manage costs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service levels are met.

The role requires a Diploma and undergraduate degrees in supply chain or related fields, with advanced SCM qualifications preferred. You will oversee budgets, implement WMS systems, and guide a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma and undergraduate degrees in supply chain or related field.
• Bachelor of Business Administration: Supply Chain Management and Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management are required.
• Experience in warehouse management environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business improvements to enhance process performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal warehouse cost levels.
• Suggest changes to warehouse operations policies and procedures.
• Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations and budget.
• Review and re-engineering of processes to meet required service levels.
• Perform day to day management administrative tasks.
• Responding to and dealing with customers / sales staff communication.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Develop warehouse design and operations system improvements.
• Manage Re-pack production targets.
• Leadership skills in a fast-paced environment - Large SKU's
