Job summary

Bosha Placements seeks a Warehouse Manager for our client in the Eastern Cape. The role focuses on leading warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics.

Ideal candidates will have proven warehouse management experience, familiarity with SAP, forklift operation, and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced retail/support environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Experience in building materials, hardware or retail advantageous.
• SAP experience advantageous.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and stock control skills.
• Workplace training in H&S, racking, firefighting, first aid, etc. advantageous.

• Manage receiving, dispatch, stock control and inventory.
• Process orders, returns and stock transfers.
• Coordinate deliveries and transport schedules.
• Conduct stock takes and maintain stock integrity.
• Supervise Warehouse Assistants.
• Work with sales teams, suppliers and auditors.

• Manage receiving, dispatch, stock control and inventory.
• Process orders, returns and stock transfers.
• Coordinate deliveries and transport schedules.
• Conduct stock takes and maintain stock integrity.
• Supervise Warehouse Assistants.
• Work closely with the sales team, suppliers and auditors.
• Assist customers with loading and offloading stock when required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Grade 12.
• Previous Warehouse Management experience.
• Building materials, hardware or retail industry experience advantageous.
• SAP experience highly advantageous.
• Forklift operating experience (license preferred).
• Strong organizational and stock control skills.
• Previous workplace training advantageous (H&S, racking, firefighting, first aid, etc.)
