Merck & Co., Inc. (Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC) in Cape Town seeks a diligent Warehouse/Picking role focused on bill of material packaging. You will prep and pack BOM items, maintain stock levels, manage barcodes, and ensure accurate stock takes.

Daily production records are required and you will support pharmacovigilance communications as needed. The role requires Grade 12, strong multi-tasking, and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepping bill of material packaging (bags and buckets).
• Picking and packing of bill of material.
• Ensuring that bill of material is always stocked.
• Checking the levels of the bill of material packaging (bags, buckets, barcodes etc).
• Control and management of all barcodes.
• Ensure that bill of material is packed correctly for stock take purposes.
• Checking the printed orders that come from the production room.
• Quality control of the printed tags.
• Making sure that blank orders are packed if the printed order has any blank order items.
• Packing of blank orders.
• Ensuring that the orders are packed correctly and up to standard.
• Checking of incoming stock and packing it on the shelves (FIFO).
• Ensuring that the necessary prepping and processes are followed during stock take.
• Any further instruction from the warehouse supervisors as required.
• Record all duties (Production) on an excel sheet, daily.
• Notify pharmacovigilance within required timelines regarding product complaints and cooperate with investigations.
