Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse and stock records and oversee stock management.
• Prepare import/export documentation and liaise with customs and suppliers.
• Manage debtor/creditor administration and support month-end tasks.
• Provide PA support to the Director and Sales Team; prepare reports and docs.
• Represent the company at events and travel as required; ensure compliance.
