Tiger Consumer Brands Ltd. is seeking a Finished Goods Inventory Management professional to design and monitor internal controls in the local warehouse environment in Gauteng, South Africa.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Experience in a finance team supporting logistics as a business partner.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and monitor internal controls within the local warehouse environment.
• Identify and mitigate potential control weaknesses in the warehouse environment.
• Continually assess and analyse the warehouse controls environment.
• Perform stock counts and enforce strong finished goods inventory control across warehouses and distribution centres.
• Monitor goods in transit, finished goods aging and related reporting.
• Track stock balances with third party service providers and resolve variances with relevant parties.
• Investigate stock variances and control breakdowns.
• Provide timely finance information to enable meeting finance commitments.
• Ensure balance of general ledger and sub-inventories at all times.
• Prepare information for month-end close under tight deadlines.
• Partner with logistics and internal audit to improve operations and control adherence.
• Support management reporting (Actual vs Forecast vs Budget).
• Drive continuous improvement in the warehouse environment.
• Supervise Administrators and coordinate with Business Units for stock updates.
