Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator focused on finished goods inventory management within CS&L. You will design and monitor internal controls in the warehouse, conduct stock counts, and manage working capital across warehouses and distribution centres.

You will partner with logistics and internal audit, prepare management reports, ensure GL and sub-inventories balance, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in a finance role supporting logistics as business partner.
• Strong accounting and reporting skills with risk-aware mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor internal controls within the local warehouse environment.
• Identify and mitigate control weaknesses in the warehouse.
• Conduct continual assessment and analysis of warehouse controls.
• Perform stock counts and maintain strong finished goods inventory across warehouses.
• Monitor goods in transit, aging and related reporting.
• Track stock balances with Tiger Brands and 3rd party service providers.
• Investigate stock variances and control breakdowns; support month-end close.
• Provide timely finance information and improve daily operations with logistics and internal audit.
• Prepare management reports and KPI performance analyses.
