Job summary

Vector Logistics in South Africa seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the distribution process from Linbro Park. You will manage stock receipt, picking, packing and loading for cold chain shipments, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include billing support, data entry into SAP, and collaboration with the logistics team to optimise warehouse operations while maintaining HACCP standards and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Matric is required or equivalent.
• Valid Reach truck and counterbalance licenses are required.
• Forklift license is required.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI and Excel is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check and dispatch stock with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure stock is loaded and documented with corresponding loading documents.
• Maintain HACCP/ISO health and safety standards in all procedures.
• Record loading start/finish times and report delays to supervisor.
• Input data into SAP and generate necessary documentation.
• Assist customers and stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain integrity of inventory and manage stock rotation.
