Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Richards Bay seeks a reliable Warehouse Stock Controller to support the Spares Team. You will assist daily reporting, monitor stock levels, transact on the system, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and serial numbers.

You will engage with Suppliers, coordinate Open STOs, and participate in weekly stocktakes, including weekend/extra hours when receiving urgent spares. You will report to the Principal Specialist and align with warehouse operations.

• Assist in sharing daily reports with the Spares Team in the region.
• Transact on the system and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with precision, ensuring correct serial numbers and quantities.
• Engage with Suppliers regarding shipments and Open STOs.
• Be available to work on weekends and extra hours for receiving and issuing urgent spares.
• Engage with ASPs and ensure alignment on warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with the team and report to the Principal Specialist.
• Conduct weekly stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
