Job summary

The position focuses on accurate receiving, inspection, processing, and control of inbound and returned stock, supporting inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.

Key duties include managing outstanding PODs, handling returns in QAD-AS1, updating stock movements, and ensuring customer queries are resolved.

Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding PODs and POD processing.
• Process returns and credit notes; handle stock movements.
• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular stock counts.
• Administer stock receipts, verification of goods and system processing.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the GRA area.
