Job summary

Cre8work! in Johannesburg is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to manage stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy. You will capture stock movements, monitor tyre stock and consumables, and prepare delivery notes and stock reports.

Reporting to logistics and procurement, you will coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate variances to ensure operational efficiency and accurate records.

• Capture and process all warehouse stock movements accurately on the system
• Monitor incoming and outgoing tyre stock, raw materials, and consumables
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, dispatch documents, and stock reports
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
• Investigate stock variances and report discrepancies
• Liaise with production, logistics, procurement, and sales departments
