Job summary

Sasol is recruiting for a leadership role in Secunda Operations to drive the Liquid Value Chain Energy team toward safe, reliable and cost-effective production. You will lead budgeting, asset management and continuous improvement, coordinating with Technical, Projects and Engineering to optimise plant performance and maintain license to operate.

• University degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LVC Energy team to deliver production targets safely, reliably and cost-effectively.
• Manage departmental overhead costs and assets for availability and sustainability.
• Introduce preventative measures to reduce downtime and achieve targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead operational risk management.
• Develop and manage long-term production budgets and CAPEX plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects and Technical teams to enable excellent operations.
