Responsibilities

• Lead the LVC Energy team to deliver planned production targets safely, reliably and cost-effectively.
• Manage LVC Energy department's overhead costs and assets to ensure availability and long-term sustainability.
• Identify and implement preventative measures to reduce downtime and achieve targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset management strategies.
