Job summary

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a commercially oriented Vice President of Business Development to spearhead growth across the United States and selected international markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic sales within engineering, mobility, transportation, or related industries.
• Proven success selling complex engineering services or technical solutions and experience with OEMs/Tier 1 suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive commercial growth.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners.
• Lead account development, customer engagement, proposal strategy, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and strategic account expansion.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Represent Triz Engineering at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements.
• Build and lead a high-performing business development function as the U.S. operation expands.
