Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification or experience in Volunteer Management, Human Resources, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in volunteer coordination or recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and manage volunteers effectively.
• Local understanding of the Mahikeng community is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
• Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, ensuring they are a good fit for program needs.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments, ensuring adequate coverage for all programs.
• Develop and deliver training programs for volunteers, covering roles, responsibilities, and organizational policies.
