Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.
• Experience in program coordination or management, preferably in community-based initiatives.
• Understanding empowerment principles and challenges faced by target groups in Mahikeng.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data collection and basic reporting for program evaluation.

Responsibilities
